FAQ

ARE LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS REAL DIAMONDS?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are real diamonds—not moissanite or cubic zirconia.

ARE THE BRACELETS MADE FROM REAL GOLD?

Yes. Every bracelet is crafted in solid 14K yellow or white gold. They are not gold-plated.

WHAT DOES CTW MEAN?

CTW means total carat weight. It represents the combined weight of all diamonds in the bracelet.

DOES THE TOTAL CARAT WEIGHT CHANGE WITH THE BRACELET LENGTH?

No. The selected total carat weight remains the same across 6, 6.5 and 7-inch lengths. Diamond size and stone count are adjusted to achieve the required weight.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 4-PRONG STRAIGHT AND BUTTERCUP?

The 4-prong straight setting creates a classic, streamlined diamond line. The buttercup setting has a softer, floral-inspired profile with more dimensional detailing around each diamond.

DO BOTH SETTINGS HAVE THE SAME PRICE?

Yes. The 4-prong straight and buttercup bracelets share the same price at each matching CTW.

DO ALL THREE LENGTHS HAVE THE SAME PRICE?

Yes. The 6, 6.5 and 7-inch options share the same price within each CTW.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT LENGTH?

Measure your wrist using a flexible measuring tape. Add approximately 0.25 inches for a closer fit or approximately 0.5 inches for a more relaxed fit.

WHAT DIAMOND QUALITY DO YOU USE?

These bracelets feature premium round lab-grown diamonds selected within D–E–F color and VVS–VS clarity ranges.

HOW SECURE IS THE CLASP?

Each bracelet is finished with a secure box clasp and additional safety mechanism designed to help keep the bracelet properly fastened.

CAN I WEAR MY TENNIS BRACELET EVERY DAY?

Yes, although fine jewelry should be treated carefully. Avoid heavy impact, chemicals, exercise and activities that could pull or damage the setting.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRACELET?

IS SHIPPING INSURED?

Yes. Eligible orders are shipped with insurance and tracking for additional protection during delivery.

CAN I REQUEST A DIFFERENT LENGTH OR CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes. Contact Nuit D’Or or visit the Bespoke Atelier to discuss custom sizing, diamond weights, metals or design modifications.
